"Where there is no vision (precept, plan and perception), the people perish" (Prov. 29:18).

The vision of the Outreach Family Fellowship was revealed to its pastor and founder, Apostle Michael Goings.  The Lord appeared to him in a vision in October of 1982 with His nailed scarred hands reaching out.  From that visitation, He revealed to the prophet not only what the name of the church would be called, but the vision as well which is as follows:

1.  Build a true New Testament Church.

    (Matthew 16:17-18)

2.  Preach the Kingdom of God and the whole counsel of God.

     (Luke 4:42-43, Luke 9:1-2, Acts 20:25-27)

3.  Make disciples and perfect the Body of Christ.

     (Matthew 28:18-19, Ephesians 4:11-14, Colossians 1:27-28)

4.  Confer and confirm the Five Fold Ministry, the Foundation Gifts,

     and the Body Gifts within the local body of believers.

     (Ephesians 4:8-11, Romans 12:4-8, I Corinthians 12:1-11)

5.  Evangelize the community, county, Pee Dee Region and beyond.

     (Mark 16:15-20, Acts 1:6-8) 

6.  Educate God's people.

     (Luke 8:10, John 8:30-32, John 16:12-13)

7.  Cultivate love, peace and unity within the Universal Church.

     (John 15:12, Mark 9:50, I Thessalonians 5:13, Ephesians 9:3,13)
